Here are programs made by Y. Kowada. Unfortunately my server can't
permit anonymous ftp. Please download these files by using "Save
Link as" etc if you can't download them by simple click.
This is csh shell script to change sizes of source programs of
the DV-Xa calculation. Of course, you can change the size by standard
attatched "catsize". But "yksize" has an advantage in that it
can use lager size adjusted to latest WS and modify the size of
each valuables more easily. There are four sets, such as k, x,
h, eh, in addition to original sets (e, a, b, c, d). "eh" is the
largest set of them. This shell is compressed by gzip. Usage:
yksize [n/s] [e,a,b,c,d,k,x,h,eh] [full filename]
This program makes output file for graph application, such as
KareidaGraph, Excel, and DeltaGraph, from results of xps.f. The
output file includes energies, the contribution of each atomic
orbital and the total intensity. It's compressed by gzip.
This is the same as "xpsout" for dos.f. It's compressed by gzip.
This program makes the output file for Spyglass, DeltaGraph, and
Winz from the results of contr.f.
- Manual for the transformation from output of plotter to graphic
We can obtain great figures from the DV-Xa calculation in Graphtech
plotter format. Recently many people uses Macintosh and PC to
draw figures, since they can print good figures, too. Therefore
I wrote "Manual" and a source for "awk". This manual explains
how to transform a output of Graphtech plotter data to usual graphic
format by using rd2hp.awk. You can use "rd2hp.awk" on any computer
in which you can use awk. The manual and source are compressed
